Meet Josh Baynton
THE FOUNDER OF ZEPHYR CONSTRUCTIONS
Josh Baynton is the Founder and Managing Director of Zephyr Constructions. Josh loves quality designs, contemporary ideas, and maintains a focus on positive client relationships. With over 20 years of construction experience, Josh has provided a level of professionalism and expertise, in the residential, commercial, and mining markets throughout Australia. Josh has led successful teams whilst emphasising the importance of staff welfare and emotional intelligence in a highly dynamic and sometime stressful market. In 2016, Josh was inspired to create a building company that provided a unique human touch for his clients, whilst building high quality projects, and maintaining a healthy work / life balance for all company employees. In 2016 ‘Zephyr Constructions’ was officially born, and Josh created and implemented what is fondly known as ‘The Zephyr Way’. ‘The Zephyr Way’ comprises 12 core values that are our fundamental beliefs to operating a successful construction business, that not only supports its clients, but also its own employees. 1. Since 2017, Reegan has been a valuable member of the Zephyr Constructions team. With a dedicated work ethic, attention to detail and building experience, Reegan has successfully advanced from Carpenter to Construction Supervisor.
With a passion for design, art and modern architecture, Reegan is devoted to his young family, loves surfing and enjoys all the Sunshine Coast lifestyle has to offer.
With 25 years’ experience in the Construction Industry, Rebecca brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Zephyr Team. Currently studying for a Diploma in Project Management, Bec holds a QBCC Site Supervisor licence and was recently a finalist in the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) awards for General Construction . Bec ‘s previous experience in fast-paced senior Management roles with strengths Operations has seen her excel within the Construction industry and hopes to obtain her Builders Licence. When not at the office, Bec enjoys renovating her home, paddleboarding, travel and camping.
Tom is an experienced CPA, business owner and entrepreneur. His success is built on and driven by experience working with organisations from start-ups to ASX listed companies. Tom partners with the management team and is responsible for the operational and financial performance of the business. As a CPA, Tom handles the accounting and payroll for the company. Further, as an experienced entrepreneur with an MBA, he supports the business strategy and development as well as supports the sales and marketing department by conducting analysis of commercial opportunities and driving marketing initiatives.
Yagnesh has a Masters’ in Accounting and Financial Management from La Trobe University and over 15 years of experience in various accounting, bookkeeping and taxation roles. His specialised experience spans industries such as retail, IT, Medicare, manufacturing, food and beverage, finance, telecommunications, education, online retailing, auction houses and professional services.
Yagnesh has a Masters degree in Accounting and Financial Management from La Trobe University in Victoria and over 15 years of experience in various accounting, bookkeeping and taxation roles. His specialised experience spans industries such as retail, IT, Medicare, manufacturing, food and beverage, finance, telecommunications, education, online retailing, auction houses and professional services.
Ankit is Chartered Accountant from India and has over 8 years of experience in various accounting, bookkeeping roles. A part of the Zephyr Constructions team for the past three years, Ankit specialises in Excel and accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, QBO. He likes spending his spare time with family.
