Contact us for a Complimentary Project Assessment with Josh, valued at approx. $2000. During this assessment, Josh will collaborate with you to provide the best solutions for your new home build or renovation project on the Sunshine Coast. This assessment typically takes approximately two hours, either on-site or at our office.
Once complete, and if you wish to move forward with the project, we will seek your authority to proceed to the next step by signing a Preliminary Assessment.


Step 2
Preliminary Services
Once the Preliminary Assessment is signed, we will connect you with our team of Architects, Draftsmen, and Designers to bring your ideas to life, creating a detailed plan on paper.
We can also engage a Certifier and Property Specialists if needed, and obtain all necessary Council and Building Approvals on your behalf.
If you already have your plans and approvals, no problem! We will still conduct thorough investigations on the property and ensure that all necessary documentation has been obtained.
From here, we will provide you with an Estimate proposal and if you wish to proceed, we will move forward with pricing the project.
Step 3
Detailed Building Proposal
To provide you with an accurate project cost, our estimator uses current market pricing obtained via quotes from our subcontractors and suppliers. We then present this quote to you, together with a QMBA Residential Contract for signing.
Once signed, the project is scheduled for construction, and works can begin.
Our clients are provided with a 12-month guarantee on the quality of our workmanship as well as the 6-year 6-month QBCC Home Owners Warranty.

We will...
- Prepare a full bill of quantities and review trade comparative costs to achieve accurate and competitive trade pricing
- Send out quote requests based on bill of quantities to our preferred trade partners and review submissions
- Develop a timeline of events to understand project duration
- Provide a fully detailed building proposal
- Refine your building project inclusions and exclusions to ensure the proposal matches your vision and budget
- Provide comprehensive project details including project price, detailed scope, scheduled start date, a timeline of events & progress payment schedule
- Upon acceptance of our detailed building proposal, a Master Builders approved fixed-price contract will be issued

Step 4
Contract
Construction begins! You are given access to your own Owners Portal where you have 24/7 access to your project, with updates and photos provided daily.
Our team will keep in touch with you throughout the life of the project to ensure the channels of communication stay open.
Step 5
Handover
Construction is finished! You will be able to inspect the works before the home is handed over to you—this is your opportunity to identify any defects that will be rectified before you receive the keys.
You will also receive all warranty information for items used in the project, as well as an Owners Maintenance Manual to help you care for your newest asset.
