ZC Invoice Terms & Conditions

1.1 All amounts are listed exclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.
1.2 This invoice reflects the agreed scope of work as outlined in the signed contract and associated purchase orders.
1.3 Any variations or additional works not previously approved in writing are not included and will require a separate approval process.

2.1 Progress claims (if applicable) are based on agreed construction milestones or percentage of completion.
2.2 Each claim aligns with the schedule of values provided during project commencement.
2.3 Invoices must be paid in full within five (5) business days of the issue date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4 Zephyr reserves the right to apply interest to overdue accounts in accordance with Queensland legislation.

3.1 All work invoiced has been completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and scope.
3.2 Any variations invoiced have been submitted in writing, approved by the client, and reflected in the agreed pricing structure.
3.3 Final invoices may include approved variations and associated compliance costs, where applicable.

4.1 For final claims exceeding 90% of total contract value, the following must be submitted and approved before final payment:
 – Warranties and compliance certificates
 – Operations and maintenance manuals (if applicable)
 – Any agreed extra materials or st

5.1 As part of our Remote Confidence Commitment, we provide build progress photos before, during, and upon completion of works.
5.2 All relevant documentation and updates are shared via the Zephyr Constructions Client Portal, accessible 24/7.

6.1 Should you have any concerns regarding an invoice or scope of work, please contact your Zephyr representative within 5 business days of receipt.
6.2 We are committed to resolving all queries promptly and professionally to maintain transparency and trust.
