SITE ASSESSMENT

Before you sign anything, we visit your home, look at the existing services, check the slab and substrate condition, identify plumbing and structural constraints, and give you an honest read on what is possible and what it will cost.

WATERPROOFING

Every bathroom is waterproofed to AS 3740, installed by a licensed waterproofer and inspected before tiling starts. Membranes are given proper cure time. Penetrations, hobs, junctions and falls are detailed correctly.

DESIGN COORDINATION

We coordinate the design and the build, making sure the tiles, vanity, tapware, screen and lighting all coordinate and that the tile setout works with the room dimensions.

SPECIFICATION + COST

Every tile, every grout colour, every tap, every vanity top and every accessory is itemised. If you want to change something you will know exact costs before you commit to it.

WEEKLY UPDATES

We deliver a written update. What was done , what is happening next week, site updates, and any decisions we need from you, and any items affecting program or budget.
