THE BRIEF: The client acquired a dated 15th-floor penthouse in 2022 with exclusive rooftop garden and pool access. The intent was to transform the property into a high-end coastal residence — modern, open, and architecturally elevated.
THE VISION: Originally acquired in 2022, this 15th-floor penthouse offered exceptional potential, expansive views, exclusive rooftop access, and a rare private pool. However, the interiors were dated and the rooftop structure required significant restoration.The brief was clear: transform the residence into a refined, light-filled coastal retreat — modern, open and architecturally elevated — with a seamless connection between interior living and rooftop entertaining.

This was a full-scale renovation, beginning with complete demolition of both the internal apartment and rooftop zone. The scope included:
