We are back more energised than ever before and we are excited for all the upcoming projects we are ready to take on this year!

While our focus will be on our new jobs, we will continue to build values and treasured experiences for our team.

Prioritising our employees’ needs sometimes means having to say goodbye to guys who take on new opportunities like Zac. It has been an absolute pleasure to see this young man grow both personally and professionally and we wish him all the best on his new adventure.

What does project management mean to us

Project management is not only the key to meeting clients expectations, budgets and ensuring that any single project flows with ease. It is a fundamental part of the business that ensures the development of a companies capabilities. It’s also the pivotal point in which we measure our efforts in all aspects of the business from leadership, teamwork and efficiency.

Project management is one of the areas of the business that we focused on early on in the journey, and I can tell you from first hand experience that the time it takes to schedule and plan a project at the start versus the time you lose through poor planning doesn’t even touch the sides. These are the front end benefits but the true benefits is the respect that is earnt though the process. Your employees, contractors and consultants have absolute trust in your business model and your abilities and this is what ultimately sets the benchmark for a quality team.

I have had the fortune of attracting not only an amazing team but quality clients to our business. I hear all to often that other businesses owners can’t find the right employees or trades and when they do find them they can’t keep them. I can tell you they are out there, but they are most likely working for someone that aligns with them and has a business that provides them career opportunities and allows them to continue to grow within a positive work environment.

I can’t stress enough that if you want to deliver quality projects efficiently, on time and in a way that leaves your clients raving, your trades wanting to look after you on the next project and ultimately create a work culture and environment that is positive and magnetic we must invest in project management.

Such and inspiring morning yesterday interviewing one of our long standing clients. We covered everything from what it takes to build a national company, property development, and our regions property predictions off the back end of Covid.
