Complete Home Renovation Nestled Away In Mooloolaba
Local Sunshine Coast couple Izaac & Amy approached Zephyr Constructions looking to transform this tired run down property in a sort after Mooloolaba location in the middle of 2019. The team at Zephyr were able to have this amazing new renovation designed, engineered and approved ready for a start in early November. The full renovation was completed in under five months allowing the clients to move back in by the start of March 2020.
The Challenge

The Result
This was design and construct project which involved demolishing the font veranda, driveway, carport and clearing the overgrown front yard. From this point the property was extended in several directions growing the footprint allowing for a new stunning modern open layout.
